How many sessions will I need?We are all different and each individual and team may progress at a different rate. We work in partnership with you to define your goals and provide support to help you achieve them. We won't oversell sessions to get you there. Our ultimate aim is to enable you to be independent and self-sufficient, effectively working ourselves out of a job. Once client have achieved their goal, some decide to set the bar even higher and keep working with us on new challenges.

Who do you work with?We work with committed but frustrated athletes who want to overcome the mental barriers holding them back in sport. If you are motivated to improve your performance and feel happier then we want to hear from you. We work with athletes of all ages, from a variety of sports, at all levels.

Are the sessions confidential?Yes. We work under the British Psychological Society’s professional code of ethics. This means that everything we discuss is just between us, unless we have your explicit consent to pass it on. If it would be helpful to keep others in the loop, we can discuss this. We will never share anything you do not want us to.* *Except in exceptional cases where we are made aware that you are in danger, then we have a duty to report.

Where will my session take place?We can discuss location options. We have previously met clients at their home, sport facility or even a local cafe. Alternatively, we work successfully with many client online. Get in touch and we can discuss solutions that you will feel comfortable with.

I don’t live in Sussex; can I still use your services?We work around the UK and are happy to travel to you*. One-to-one sessions can also be held over Zoom at a time that suits you. Get in touch to find out more. *Travel expenses may be incurred
